My dear friend Cesar has corrected a mistake in this memory. In keeping with the Popperian ethos of learning from mistakes, I should have looked for the old university magazines. It turns out that we published together TWO articles on Popper. One was in a Festrschrift that Abe Nonsik edited, celebrating Popper's legacy, and disseminating it to a Mexican audience. That is where we wrote the paper on legal theory and situational logic. The other article was indeed published in a University magazine we founded together with other friends, but it was on Popper's Humanitarian and RationalTheory of the State. The magazine was called Vertice, very short lived, I believe it only survived for about a year. I must dig in my old files, I am sure I have kept it somewhere...
